The data center is conveniently located on the edge of the Central Business District (CBD) with future expansion plans in place to grow with its customers, the facility is supplied with power from separate zones on the electricity grid providing 34MW of power.
Operated to an enhanced Tier III standard the data centre has diverse 33 kV feeds feeding a back up power system consisting of 22 diesel rotary UPS systems.
Final distribution to customer servers is in a 2(N+1) configuration. Diverse telecommunication rooms located at each end of the data centre are populated by most of the major domestic and international Carriers providing customers with unrivaled access to connectivity.

Our DuoServer SiSGroup, Sydney data center maintains security through a combination of fit-for-purpose design, rigorous operational procedures and robust building... ensuring that security is not compromised at any time.
The enhanced security is comprised sophisticated alarm systems, closed circuit TV surveillance and 24x7 on-site security through to advance warning communications from government and cyber organisations as well as rigid monitoring and maintenance.
Our Security Operations Center is manned 24x7 with security guards on-site and the premises being under constant CCTV surveillance.
The facility is intruder resistant to all areas. Physical access to the data centre is controlled by mantrap. Including strict access control lists that use proximity card readers.
Experienced facilities management team with technicians are on duty 24x7 monitoring our systems.
BMS systems are ensured to monitor the essential mechanical plant and SCADA system for all electrical systems.
